• Vercel — hosts the website and API that processes form submissions.

Cookies and similar technologies

This marketing site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Font Awesome icons are loaded from a third-party CDN; that provider may receive your IP address when your browser requests the stylesheet.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above (for example, after we launch in your market and you have had a reasonable opportunity to use the service). We may retain limited records longer where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your waitlist information by emailing team@runio.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you no longer want launch emails, let us know and we will stop sending them.

Children

RunioAI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections and access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
